We are currently looking for a part time administrative assistant/ bookkeeper to work 24-32 hours a month.

Responsibilities include:

Donor development assistance including data entry and overseeing coding of gifts in the Donor Perfect development software, creating thank you letters

Bookkeeping assistance using Quickbooks and excel including tracking receipts, flex spending account tracking, bill payments, data entry of payments and deposits, grant tracking, insurance review, collection and tracking of tenant and rent receipts, distributing and tracking direct financial assistant to guests and preparing information for monthly reconciliation by outside accountant.


Previous experience with Quick Books, donor fundraising software, and bookkeeping

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel

Previous experience working with non-profits and direct service clients is a plus
